How does it work?
Our Registered Nurse conducts a free consultation with you and your elderly loved one. She then customizes a plan of care using not only her professional nursing assessment skills but also your loved one’s unique needs and the family’s requirements for support.
Next, the Registered Nurse selects one of our Certified Caregivers and schedules what we call a Comfort Match – where your loved one gets to meet the caregiver before service starts.
Once your loved one is comfortable with their new caregiver, our team incorporates our core values –
